Interesting, sometimes inexpensive, menu in the well-tended beer garden at Kirche auf Platz. Has something for everyone. Seats inside too. Modern furnished and gladly again.

We have been going here for breakfast or lunch / dinner for years. I love the veggie breakfast very much and I get super full with it. Usually eat a lot and I'm hard to get full ;-). I think the lunch / dinner dishes are a bit too small. My husband too. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

Daughter wrote her name on the tarnished cake counter and was harshly reprimanded by the waitress. If it were ok, then you should not be surprised if there is no tip. When paying with this waitress was asked a little horrified: "Don't you want to tip?". No, I don't want to, you should be free to choose.

Forgot to take photos again .... Excellent brunch on Sunday morning! Very nice and helpful service. The selection is excellent, from vegetarian to beef and very attractively arranged. Sitting outside is extremely cozy and when the weather is nice. Thank you!

My stay in the Kulturschranne was absolutely recommendable. For the second we were spontaneously in Dachau to have breakfast. We originally wanted to go somewhere else, but the cafe was very full, which is why we chose the Kulturschranne. We were immediately assigned a cozy place. The waiter was very attentive, despite being busy (he had to serve a lot of tables). Our order was quickly taken and finally brought to the table. The cappuccino and the breakfast for 2 was excellent and special requests were not a problem. Unfortunately I don't know the price for this anymore, but it was more than adequate. Tap water is also available free of charge! Overall, I am very happy and would come back anytime. I was particularly surprised by the great coffee and the very polite waiter. I was there for breakfast, its a really beautiful resturant in the old town. Waiters were warm and friendly. Food delicious, i specially love their cake varieties.

Best place for Sunday brunch in Dachau!

Fresh, tasty and healthy food! Coming often and I always enjoyed not only the food but the place atmosphere and great waitressing makes for me and family a great place to go!

The food is freshly made and includes a weekly menu. Healthy options abound here: a Buddha bowl or veggie burger with various side dishes to choose from. A tapas plate and cocktails hits the spot while watching live music upstairs on the weekends. The location is spacious and service is good. The seating on the benches is too high for my comfort but chairs are also available. The terrace is great on a sunny day to brunch and enjoy the market place.

Great coffee, good ambience, a pleasant place to have lunch or stop for a snack. An easy stroll from the free car parking at Schloss Dachau. The only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars is because the service was quite slow.

Too slow

We went there for a quick lunch. The location is nice and the menu is appealing. Unfortunately after we ordered ( four salads and two Linguine). It took almost an hour to finally have only part of our order. The remaining two salads arrived half an hour later due to a mistake in the kitchen. The dishes were cold ones and supposed to be fast to prepare so I don't understand how it was possible to have such a long waiting time. Also the taste was nothing special. The waiters barely excused for the inconvenience. That's a pity because the place has a very nice location and it's potentially very nice.

Enjoyed the pastrami sandwich. Short visit but good.

I like their food, and the cozy flair upstairs during their concerts.

Excellent location, friendly staff and really good food! The iced tea was a pleasant surprise, it was actual fruit juice with the tea :) We had a really nice light lunch and now we would love to come back for one of their brunches.
